PCT ALLOY SYSTEM

The PCT-Alloy Automatic System is tailored for specialized ovens featuring a chamber lid that can be opened and closed, along with a hot plate controlled by a temperature P.I.D controller and thermal sensor probe. Crafted from hard-anodized aluminum alloy material, it excels in heating unique environments within the chamber at high ambient temperatures.

Designed for processing 50mm to 200mm wafers on a linear track system, the system boasts simplicity and efficiency. Controlled by a PLC control box, PC, mouse, and keyboard, it features a PCT GUI display and wide-screen monitor, ensuring ease of use for end-users. With functionalities for RCP monitoring, editing, storage, maintenance, and quick troubleshooting, it offers a cost-effective alternative configuration of tool sets.
