ABOUT THE PCT LIFT-OFF SYSTEM

The PCT-LIFT-OFF Automatic System is tailored for specialized spin cleaning applications, featuring a stainless steel catch cup set chamber and a dispense arm with multi-nozzle rotation controlled by a micro-stepping motor. Integrated solvent rinses and high-pressure small needle spray liquid from the top provide radial, sweeping dispense motion, making it ideal for metal lift-off processing.

Designed with a small footprint, the Lift-off system is capable of processing 50mm to 200mm wafers. It boasts simplicity and efficiency, controlled by a PLC control box, PC, mouse, and keyboard, with a PCT GUI display and wide-screen monitor ensuring ease of use for operators. With functionalities for RCP monitoring, editing, storage, maintenance, and quick troubleshooting, it offers a cost-effective solution based on the configuration and options (such as divert drain pipes or waste dust collectors) of the tool set.
