The PG Mixer cabinet is designed for the PG coater system, mixing powder and xylene solvent with ceramic balls into resist for the PG coater. The mixer rotates via an AC motor speed controlled by an inverter (0-200 rpm) with overcurrent and temperature protection. It rotates in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and accommodates up to 3 ceramic/glass bottles (30 kg max). The compact design features moving wheels with a stand, offering low cost of ownership.
