• PCT-150CRS is suitable for processing up to 6-inch wafer Fab

• PCT-200CRS is planning to 8-inch wafer Fab or can process 6-inch and 8-inch (dual size) without hardware or conversion kit involved.

 

 The PCT-150CRS and PCT-200CRS are the newest development that offers the most significant advantages. With its flexibility in configuration as Coater (4x Coaters), Develop (4x Developers), (2x Coaters and 2x Developers), HPO (multiple), Vapor Prime, Chill Plate (multiple), and Indexer (4x Sender and 4x Receiver or more). Specially, PCT-200CRS efficiently adapts to 6-inch and 8-8-inch wafer Fab of lithography processes as MEMs, IC or Square wafers.

 

Besides Coater and Developer tool sets, PicoTrack also carries on these tools for Lift-off, Scrubber, Mask Cleaner, and SS Film Frame cleaner.
