The PCT-RRE Frame Wafer Cleaner System is designed for 8 inches film frame, also to be used for enhanced cleaner process up to cover wafers from 6 inches to 8 inches wafer or more, with system’s control  features on distributed module controller and PC software GUI display for data entry, and the Stand Alone Model is functionally focused on processing wafers with more dispensing chemical solvent cleaning which will be much more convenient for making recipe process applications on new products
