The PCT-200RRE MASK CLEANER STAND ALONE SEMI-AUTO system is designed based on the PCT-200RRE model chassis. It is suitable for processing masks ranging from 5” to 9” square on a universal chuck capable of accommodating multiple holder sizes. Equipped with two dispense arms that rotate to hold various nozzles, the system features oscillating nitrogen air blow-off, solvents fan tip spray jet, D.I.W pressure spray arm, and atomizing mist. Additionally, it offers PVA brush force and cleaning liquid mixing for advanced processing.
